Whether it is designing a brand identity or crafting an engaging campaign, I feel a profound sense of satisfaction in bringing ideas to life and making a tangible impact.

I have had the privilege of working with great leaders. I looked up to them and learned from them as to what aspects makes for a good leader. I have learned that being a leader isn’t about fitting into a mold but about embracing who you are. It is about being transparent and honest. To not hide who you are and what you love. To admit when you are wrong, and to admit when you don’t have the answer. I have always believed in the power of authenticity. I have made it my mission to cultivate a work environment where my team feels empowered to be their true selves.

I would characterize my role as a leader as open and trustworthy. I embrace collaboration, ideas, and want every team member’s voice to be valued. I share my own vulnerabilities and experiences, to encourage my team to do the same. This approach creates a cohesive unit where creativity thrives and mutual respect is the foundation of success.
